The statue, I believe, is of a baby Bacchus. I took a photograph (yes, a photograph) of it using a Canon Sure Shot (which meant I had to actually have the film developed when I returned to the US) when I was in Helsinki for a few days before leaving for Leningrad (back to St. Petersburg, once again), via train.
