I was wondering after I caught this story how Mr. Imperioli would feel if he were told he *had* to appear in a film favorable to Trump or really if any of those loons on the left were made to make cakes and t-shirts that read "transwomen are men," which is a highly common sentiment though one akin to heresy on Twitter.
I don't think the decision meant that a person is allowed to not work for gay couples, but if she can't violate her religious conviction by producing a website portraying in a good light gay marriage, I find that no different than all those who got angry at HBO for allowing J. K. Rowling to produce a new Harry Potter series, not because they even disagree with magic and Harry Potter, but because she has opinions she doesn't like. In other words, they want it both ways. And it's nice if for once they can't have it both ways.
Hope you're going to step away from the computer for the 4th. I'm enjoying the mountains very much.

Y'know, I hadn't planned on posting anything until I saw that item in one of my feeds and I felt its sheer audacity demanded some kind of response.
There are some actors whose talent is such I can overlook their politics: Tim Robbins, Susan Sarandon, David Strathairn; musicians such as James McMurtry, Roseanne Cash; NOT R.E.M.
I have a personal matter to which I need to attend, but once I'm done I'm off for the afternoon - I'll be sitting on the patio, sucking down one cold one after another, being grateful for the Founding Fathers and the first continental army under the command of Gen. Washington!
Yup - these actors are tiresome. Instead of knitting on set to keep themselves busy, they virtue signal & rant. Boo hoo on them.
Agreed!
I love that you're writing more.

Actors just wanna have respect.
True – respect is earned, however, and his behaviour is such that any respect sought will not be earned from me – perhaps from others, though.
May not understand the earning part.
